Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during high-volume seasons or product launches. You will receive a notification when your order ships.

How do coffee subscriptions work?

Browse our subscription coffees, choose a coffee, then select the monthly subscription option on its product page. The current monthly plan offers 10% off. Check your selected size, grind, delivery frequency, and price before adding it to your cart.

Can I buy coffee without a subscription?

Yes. Choose the one-time purchase option on the product page if you do not want recurring deliveries.

How do I choose a roast?

Start with the roast and flavor information on each product page. Browse Light Roast, Medium Roast, or Bold & Dark Roast to find your preference.

Do you offer decaf?

Yes. Our Decaf collection includes Norandino Nightwatch, a Peru decaf coffee made with the Swiss Water® Process.
