We start with high-altitude Guatemalan beans — naturally complex, with a structured body — then age them in whiskey barrels before roasting dark. The result is a cup with oak and vanilla layered over dark chocolate, with a smoky finish that lingers. This isn't a gimmick. It's a process that takes time and intention, done right by a disabled veteran. Every bag backs veterans and first responders.

Best in French press or pour-over. Roasted fresh to order — never warehoused, never stale. Whole bean or ground to your spec.
